This project consisted of the construction of twelve buildings with 308 multi-family units and clubhouse facilities on a 15.75 acre site located on Oltorf in southeast Austin. UDG provided surveying and engineering design for site improvements including parking areas, drives, a detention pond, storm sewer system, water distribution and wastewater collection systems. UDG coordinated the relocation of an existing 6 inch gas line through the site. UDG permitted all improvements through the City of Austin.

UDG also prepared a plat for a portion of the site and processed it for approval through the City of Austin and provided construction phase services for the project.
