Urban Design Group provided the site civil design which included environmental controls, site grading, water and wastewater design, on and off-site drainage facilities, as well as permitting through the City of Cedar Park and construction phase services. Water quality ponds were permitted through the TNRCC. This project also required a TxDOT permit for access to Parmer Lane. The project’s onsite stormwater treatment and detention facilities are composed of three water quality treatment ponds along with one 100 year detention pond. UDG also prepared a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the owner and contractor.

UDG provided surveying services to include boundary, tree and topo surveys. In addition, UDG prepared a plat for the site and processed it thorugh the City of Cedar Park.
