Harris Ridge Fire Station

This project consisted of the construction of a 9,000 square foot fire and EMS station and associated parking facilities on a 5 acre tract in northeast Austin. UDG staff worked with the architect and client to develop schematic and construction plans. Work included preparation of grading, drainage and utility plans that included design for water, fire and wastewater service, parking, site grading, detention pond and erosion control. UDG processed the documents through the City review process, ensuring that all comments were addressed by the required discipline. Upon issue of the site development permit, UDG prepared the required specs and assisted in the bid process. Additionally, UDG provided construction phase services for this project.
