| The Lake Creek Regional Drainage Improvement Project consisted of the reconstruction of 5100 linear feet of channel improvements and two bridges. The $2 million improvements to reduce flooding was funded by area developers and Williamson County. Urban Design Group managed the project which included funding coordination, contract document preparation, selection of structural and geotechnical design consultant, construction inspection, multi-contractor coordination, project scheduling, pay estimate review, public education program development, and coordination of numerous on-going construction projects. Urban Design Group’s design services included a floodplain analysis, channel improvements, bridge designs, design surveys, photogrammetric mapping, easement acquisitions, and construction staking. |
