| UDG provided engineering and surveying services for a 14,000 square foot AISD building expansion project on a 14.3 acre site in northeast Austin. Improvements included new parking lots, tennis courts, running track and a central courtyard with a storage and a stage and basketball courts. Services consisted of preparation of construction documents to include tree and topographic survey, site grading, detention pond design, paving and parking lot improvements and a fire protection system. Work included processing of plans through the City of Austin development permit process. Work also included construction phase services for two separate phases. | |||||
