| This project consists of street, drainage, water and wastewater improvements for a 160-lot residential subdivision in Taylor, Texas. UDG provided surveying and engineering for all portions of the project. UDG conducted design surveys, prepared a subdivision plat and provided the engineering design of 6,000 LF of 30"-35" roadways, 1,530 LF of 18"-36" stormsewer pipe and a detention pond, 6,200 LF of 8" water line and 5,800 LF of 8" wastewater line.
June Routh, Urban Design Group, reviewed design surveys and layed out the proposed roadways and utilities. She designed all improvements, prepared lot grading plans and permitted the project with the City of Taylor. She also provided construction phase services for the project. |
