This project consisted of the construction of a 3,500 square foot learning center and associated parking facilities within an existing 148 multifamily unit affordable housing project.

UDG prepared construction documents that included erosion/sedimentaiton controls, site grading, drainage facilities and water and wastewater service. UDG submitted plans to the City of Austin for permitting and provided construction phase services.
