Dorothy Gebauer Building Restoration

UDG prepared construction drawings and specifications for site grading, paving and drainage improvements for a $6.4 million rehabilitation of the Dorothy Gebauer Building on the University of Texas campus. Plans included new driveways, sidewalks, handicap ramps and regrading around the building. Storm sewer design was complicated by location of existing tunnels. Surveying included a topo survey and locating and providing elevations for the tunnel located under the Gebauer Building.
