UDG prepared construction documents that included design for parking, driveways, site grading, drainage, water quality pond, tree protection and erosion control. UDG permitted the project through the City of Austin. UDG, as the prime consultant, coordinated all work with the landscape architect and electrical engineer. UDG assisted the owner in bidding the project and provided full construction phase services.
